Cleanliness is quite ok, only.the bedsheets maybe it has been used quite few times thus have the pills. Location quite ok but have some distance from tourism spot. For amenities, it provides basic staying in hotel for budget price, only the line is bad for Wifi and mobile.

First masuk bilik mcm ok. Bila bukak almari ada baju siapa tah, maybe guest before us kot. Tp bila check toilet ada rambut 🤯 i baru check in utk letak brg2 sahaja dulu tak buat pape lagi so ofc bukan rambut i. Patu i rasa mcm dorang ni tak kemas bilik sebelum kitaorg masuk ke apa? Sbb ada baju, ada rambut 🤔 patu rasa mcm nak check cadar, tgok ada stain. A lot of unexplained stains actually. Normal la pegi hotel bila nampak cadar gini, but the thing is terlalu banyak. Then mintak staf tukar cadar. Bila tukar, ada tuala lama yg terbiar bwh cadar tu 🤦🏻♀️ sekali lg i rasa dorang tak kemas bilik betul2 before kitaorg masuk. Masa call mintak staf tukar cadar tu pun staf ckp "biasa la ada stain gitu" i was like whattt 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️💆🏻♀️ ok thats all. Btw ada coway dekat bawah so senang nak isi air ke buat susu anak ke.. 99 speedmart pun dekat. Cuma kawasan a bit sunyi especially malam.

Quiet and calm place. Spacious parking, nearby to Speedmart/food stall, tourist attraction place. Good amenities at hotel, friendly staff, clean room. My daughter loves to stay at this hotel. Thanks to Mutiara Hotel Mgt team👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I've been staying here for few times, staffs were friendly and the stays were peaceful & delightful. The accommodation was tidy and comfortable, bathroom was spacious too. However for this time, the cleanliness could have been better, especially the towels.

有一説一，是真不咋地，要不是忘了訂酒店住不上好的，是絕對不會來這種酒店的，晚上十二點多實在沒得選了將就一下吧

The hotel was fit to my expectation. There is one minor thing that needs to improve: guide your guests the use of the card attached with the room's key (it's used to open the main door).

I would say that the room was nice. All services front desk counter were totally friendly. Anyway, dust and watermark and lime wash in the bathroom should be focused on. Unfortunately, during nite, i found cockroaches in the bathroom, more than one! Pest controller must be done in certain period to avoid small creatures like cockroaches, and other harmful one be destroyed. .
