民宿很舒服乾淨也明亮 大家都表示非常之滿意 清潔度5🌟是我目前住過最乾淨的民宿 舒適度5🌟大家都表示床很好睡 遊樂設備5🌟老公和女兒玩的很開心 外婆表示***🦙椅子很舒服她很喜歡 媽媽表示要是廁所多一間就完美了 女兒…已經玩到不想回家了🤣 非常不錯的民宿 風景也很美 泳池也不會骯臟 就是傍晚去的話小童泳池有點冷（風大） 大人的泳池可以看到夕陽🌇完美 下次還會再租HeyStay Management的民宿

The room is clean and the view of the Straits of Melaka and Encore Melaka is spectacular. It is well located with shops and Encore Melaka nearby and not too far from the attractions in Melaka. The facilities are Kids friendly. However, at certain location near the kids swimming pool has stinking urine smell and the water is not that clean which require some improvement.

物超所值，有足球機，有遊戲對戰（拳皇97等），小朋友很喜歡。半夜樓上有孩子跑動吵鬧，出門在外難以避免。整體物超所值，孩子有驚喜。

Our family had a pleasant weekend stay at Bali Residensi, Melaka. The facilities were excellent, especially the recreational level on Level 7, which we enjoyed very much. The unit was comfortable overall, but we did notice one chair with a missing screw, which could pose a safety risk. Additionally, the unit is meant to accommodate 9 guests, yet only 7 towels were prepared. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. However, the elevators were extremely busy during checkout time (11–11:30am), and it took us nearly 30 minutes to get a lift with our belongings, stroller, and children. Overall, it was a nice family staycation, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.
