    Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Had to Leave Within 20 Minutes I have been travelling to Malacca for years and have always enjoyed pleasant stays — until now. This was, by far, the most horrible experience I’ve had, and I’m also disappointed that 訂房網站 would partner with such a property. Problems we encountered right after check-in: 1. Stained cup (minor, but not expected). 2. Window glass was dirty and the outside view was of faded, poorly maintained buildings. 3. Ceiling-fan controller didn’t work (battery flat or faulty). 4. Toilet bowl had visible fecal stains. 5. Pillows were extremely flat; the spare pillow had yellow stains and no pillowcase, and the extra cushion was badly tattered — impossible to get a proper night’s rest. 6. My husband felt itchy just lying on the bed, raising concerns about hygiene. On top of that, the car park felt dark and unsafe. This was the first time I’ve ever booked a last-minute hotel in Malacca and left within 20 minutes of checking in. 訂房網站 should seriously review their quality standards and remove such properties from their listings to protect customers’ trust.
