Order family room (1 queen bed, 2 single bed) as shown on bill. But BAD SERVICE they give us only 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. We ask for another 1 single bed to put into room so then complete 1 queen & 2 single, but the owner refused. They not solve the problem. We are so tired, but they didn't care. The owner angry and speak high tone to me. The owner very rude. Stop doing business if you dont care about customer. I paid for 1 queen and 2 single bed. Display on bill already. If you dont have, then just put 1 single bed from other room to our room to solve the problem. But, owner stubborn and rude. Also not cooperate with me. If you have miss info offer between you and 訂房網站.com or reddoors, then you settle later on. At midnight, settle customer 1st. But still owner refused and rude. Speak high tone to customer. Rude owner. Please others dont rental this hotel. If you get a problem, they dont want to solve your problem. They only want your money but didnt give a good service.
