I enjoyed the natural beauty of the place and the excellent service of their staff, from front desk reception to restaurant menu choices to transport assistant services. But the hotel doesn't have airport pick up and transfer services as it is far from Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Overall, a good and affordable place to stay in Bogor. Huge thanks to its staff especially to Novi and Olif and the guy at the reception desk (I forgot to ask for his name) when I checked in at 2 o'clock in the morning on June 16. Terima kasih!

Pengalaman menginap saya nyaris sempurna kecuali tamu sebelah kamar yang suka merokok dekat pintu kamar saya sehingga asap rokoknya masuk ke kamar. Makanan di restoran enak2 dan cepat diantar ke kamarnya. Design resort sungguh menakjubkan. Semuanya indah di sini. Saya pasti kembali menginap dan merekomendasikan resor ini ke teman2 saya.

Ok sih. Lokasinya ga terlalu jauh dari jakarta, tempatnya nyaman. Saya booking kamar paling murah, walaupun kecil tapi bersih dan ok. Breakfastnya lumayan variatif dan rasanya juga ok. Ada colokan samping bed. Saya beli xmas berry disini cakep. Jalannya berbukit2 naik turun, agak sulit mungkin buat ortu. Ada buggy car dari lobby. Sayang cuma ada 1 kursi untuk duduk depan kamar. TV diatas, jadi harus tiduran nontonnya Lainnya sempurna.

We had a perfect stay here. The resort area is full of grenery, perfect escape to clear your head from hustle. We stayed at Executive connecting room. Room is clean, spacious with separate bedroom, tv room and bathroom. Hospitality is good, food was okay. Definitely will be one of our top choice accommodation when visit Puncak. Thanks KianMas!
