I booked this hotel for our 5-year anniversary, as we thought it would be a lovely place to celebrate, with a nice location, great views, and the chance to enjoy dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Since only garden-view rooms were available on 訂房網站, we booked one, and I also mentioned in the notes that it was for our anniversary. While we weren’t expecting an upgrade, we were disappointed to find our room’s “view” was almost completely blocked by a large tree. For a special occasion, I had hoped for at least a small gesture or a nicer placement of the room. The restaurant staff were friendly, but it was clear they struggled when things got busy, which affected the overall dining experience. Finally, at checkout, we weren’t even asked how our stay was, which left us feeling undervalued as guests. For what was meant to be a memorable anniversary, the experience fell short of expectations.

This was a relatively well furnished hotel in the Blue Mountains area where there isn't a lot of choice. The dark interior design may not be for everyone but I thought it was rather modern chic while retaining the classic character of the property. Shame that we couldn't book larger rooms (not sure if they're even available or not) so we had to book two rooms for our family of three. The fireside bar was very nice serving delicious cocktails. The breakfast has a stunning panoramic view and the food selection was fair. I would recommend this hotel more for couples, but we still had a nice stay overall.

My wife and I stayed for one night recently. We enjoyed the experience. Staff were very accommodating - we were located near a big group and found the outside noisy. The concierge happily relocated us to another room.

房間比較小，但是風景真的很美，大堂和酒店的佈置有的中國古典韻味，中西融合，顏色非常漂亮。早餐搭配也非常健康。大家可以試試看下午茶，有機會還去住。

The room was very small. No toilet brush in bathroom. Coat hangers insult to guests as they are hard to use because they think the guests will steal them .
