Great place to stay in Madinah, affordable during peak season. Had a very good experience staying here during Ramadan. Support staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to Haram is very good, though it’s frequency is limited only during Prayer timings.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

الفندق ممتاز و السعر جيد و خصوصا يوجد باص للخدمه ، فقط خدمه الغرف او نظافه اغرف محددين الفتره الصباحيه وهذه الفتره الزبون يكون اما نائم او يتجهز للذهاب للحرم ، و خصوصا إذا فتره مكوثك اكثر من ٥ ليال ، صعب ان تتقبل عدم تنظيف الغرفه او عدم تغيير الفوط و تنظيف الحمام ، اتمنى مساعده الساكن في هذا الأمر

Very goof for people who have budget to make a visit to holy mosque.very clean ,very good breakfast,very cooperative staff and good shuttle service.taxi to Haram  only 10 riyals,drops near to Dar al Hijr intercontinental.

The hotel is located a little bit away from the Prophet's Mosque. The receptionist is kind and cheerful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Just restaurants has nothing to do with the food plate.

الفندق كنظافة ممتاز ممكن قديم شوية لكن لا باس فيه بالنسبة للسعر 250 ريال تقريبا كانت لليللة , المشكلة الوحيدة اللي واجهتني صوت المكيف ( دكت يمديني اتحكم فيه ) صوته كان عالي ب النسبة للفنادق التانية + الباب الرئيسي عالي عن الارض 2 سم تقريبا مما يسمح بدخول الهواء من الخارج الى الداخل او العككس و الاصوات ممكن تنسمع يعني الباب مو معزول

The stay at this Hotel was great for the price, smooth check in, brilliant bedroom very spacious, the breakfast was lovely, a good choice, they have a shuttle for every prayer where you get dropped off at the basement of the Masjid and it only takes a few minutes to get into Al Masjid Al Nabawi. Overall a really good stay at this Hotel.

The hotel provided transportation for every prayer time, which was a great convenience and made my experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I found the stay satisfactory, and I appreciated the effort made to accommodate guests' needs.
