酒店位置很好，就在先知寺旁邊，行李員非常熱情負責，引導我到停車場入口，但停車費也是非常昂貴的。從我的房間能看到先知寺一角，周圍的環境不錯，街道乾淨整潔，隨意走走，非常愜意

Dear Team at Elaf Taiba Hotel, I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for during my time at your hotel. Thank you once again for your hospitality. Wir haben eine Unterkunft vom 25.1. - 29.1.26 in diesem Hotel gebucht, leider konnten wir nicht rechtzeitig einchecken da es Probleme mit dem Flug gab. Dadurch haben wir 2 Tage verloren 😞. Das Zimmer mit Haramblick war fantastisch, besser als gedacht. Ich hätte es gerne länger genossen. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein, sehr empfehlenswert. Sauberkeit und die grösse des Zimmer waren top(4 Bettzimmer 609). Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei meiner nächsten Medina Reise inshallah steht das Hotel schon fest: wieder Elaf Taiba Hotel 😀. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben.

Mon séjour a été excellent. Ma chambre avait une vue directe sur le Haram Nabawi. Tout était rénové, neuf et tout propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et varié. Le staff était chaleureux que ce soit les réceptionnistes, le house keeping, les restaurateurs ou l'équipe des bagagistes. Mention spéciale au bagagiste qui a aidé ma famille à placer nos valises dans la voiture en direction de l'aéroport le 11/01/2026 vers 11h20. Je recommande cet hôtel.

A very beautiful hotel, clean and fragrant… with welcoming and kind staff. My hotel room had a magnificent view of the Haram and the Saqifatou Banu Sa'ida garden. The hotel management should maintain this standard to satisfy its guests. However, in my room, water was dripping into the toilet, either from the toilet upstairs or due to a problem with the plumbing. فندق جميل جدًا، نظيف وذو رائحة عطرة... مع طاقم عمل ودود ولطيف. كانت غرفتي تتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على الحرم القدسي الشريف وحديقة سقيفةتو بني سعيدة. ينبغي على إدارة الفندق الحفاظ على هذا المستوى لإرضاء نزلائه. مع ذلك، كان الماء يتسرب إلى المرحاض في غرفتي، إما من المرحاض في الطابق العلوي أو بسبب مشكلة في السباكة.
