This is second time i am staying at this hotel and main reason is location. Its very near to Masjid Nabwi, one can go to prayer and come back room in every prayer. Womens gate also nearby. I travel by road and they provided free parking on availability, which is peace of mind for me. Both times i got the free parking alhumdulillah. Lots of places to eat nearby also in Taiba Commercial Center. Overall very good.

the location is good, cleaning is good. The service was not good, i have requested drinking water in the room but they refused to supply. they told me that my reservation doesn't include drinking water despite water is a basic service in any hotel. regards, wael

Honestly, this hotel is a great deal for the price. It’s way cheaper compared to other nearby hotels, but you still get a really comfortable room. Avoid this hotel. We stayed after Ramadan and had a nightmare experience. Long check-in waits, terrible service, and disgusting rooms. We encountered burnt flooring, broken furniture, and cigarette smells in the first room. The second room had blood on the sheets and a leaking toilet. Very poor standards for the price paid.

Отличный отель для отставки у Мечети Пророка. Чуть долгое заселение , заполнение бумаг. Близко ко входу. В 10 мин ходьбы остановка автобусов номер 400 в аэропорту Медина. Качество еды можно улучшить как и уборку. Деревянное сухое мясо, невкусный растворимый кофе. Липкие круассаны. Но по выбирать что-то можно на завтрак.

Came to do Umrah and in madina chose this hotel. Good location to the haram mosque. 3 min walk to gate 326. Good amenities around the hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean hotel. Would come back again.
