Excellent location near The Haram/ المسجد النبوي and the shops. Good staff at reception but very dirty house keeping. Left the room to come back with dirty towels, no clean room, disgusting kitchen, bad smell in the room from previous customers. الموقع ممتاز و قريب من المسجد النبوي و الأسواق. مستوى النظافه متدني جدا. رائحه الغرفه سيئه و لم تنظف جيدا بعد الزبائن السابقين.

It was very good, the person on check-in was really amazing and everyone was good as well. I loved our stay there. We booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to Executive suite. It was so nice of them. I wish we had Haram view but it was 2 mins walk from Mosque.

We had a great stay at Pullman Madinah. The hotel room clean and there are many shops near the hotel. Very near to men entrance and have to walk a bit to women entrance. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Had a very comfortable stay at Pullman Zam Zam Madinah. The hotel is beautiful and the hygiene standard is very good. We stayed in a quad room which was spacious. We stayed in Pullman Zamzam at Makkah as well but the one in Madina is way better.

Masyalllaah luar biasa banget, deket tempat shalat juga.. kebetulan aku ulang tahun dan mereka menyediakan birthday cake dll secara gratis setelah suami request! Pokonya terbaiiiikkk.. pemandangannya juga masyallaah lluar biasaaa❤️

The hotel is too big which make services very bad . I upgraded my room to haram view I paid a lot of money for very bad quality room the telephone wasn’t working couldn’t call room services . But the hotel l locations is amazing

Great location, but room had odor issues The location is excellent—very close to Masjid al-Nabawi. The room was good overall, but it smelled like someone had smoked in it, and the washroom had an unpleasant odor too. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madinah with my wife and daughter during early April 2025. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was a good size and well-suited to our needs, with four beds for the three of us—very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially for men, as it is very close to the entrance of Masjid Nabawi leading to the old mosque, Prophet Muhammad's (ﷺ) grave, and Rawdah. This made it very convenient for prayers and visits. However, the women’s entrance to the masjid is a bit farther away. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service specifically for women to help with this, which is a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Service was generally good, and the staff were courteous. Would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort.
