The location is good but the front desk staff is poor, unprofessional and slow which is the biggest drawback. Fortunately, after communicating with the 訂房網站.com platform, we got the service and room type we deserved.

The Hotel is very very close to Haram. You just need to go to M floor then go out the door u will automatically reach haram. Thank you to the receptionist for upgrading our room to Haram view. We really appreciate it. However we waited for our luggage for 2 hours. We had to follow up 3 times with the hotel staff. We encounter our issue but ************* the Duty Manager Ahmed listen to my issue and help to solve our problem. Last but not least this hotel is a great hotel. And I would recommend it to anybody to stay here

وصلنا الساعه ٣ ولا دخلونا إلا الساعه ٤:٣٠ بحجة ان الغرفة لم يتم تنظيفها الي الآن. بعد ما دخلنا الغرفة تفاجأت أنها لازالت وصخه وكلها غبار. تجربة سيئة جدا جدا. بالضافة ان الكرت حق باب الغرفه خرب علي ٤ مرات وبعد ما جاء الفني قال معليش حنا غيرنا الأبواب هذي ولا سوينا تحديث لها.

Service by every member of staff was superb. Prime location, extremely east access to Masjid Nabi. Chef Sheriff deserves special recognition for the delightful meals that he cooked, and taking care of our needs. Staying here is an experience you don't want to miss.
