Lovely hotel. Brilliant staff. Rooms were very spacious. Booked a king room but got upgraded to a suite which had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms. Location to haram just a few mins. Large mall next to the hotel with a variety of restaurants and shopping

Located in the front section of Masjid An Nabawi, this hotel offers a significant advantage: even when leaving the hotel later for prayer, we were still able to find space inside the mosque. In contrast, guests staying at hotels situated behind the mosque often face the challenge of having to pray outside or on the rooftop if they arrive late.

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

Сначала номер зарезервированный на сайте вообще не соответствовал реальности. От слова совсем. Грязный пол, грязное кресло… затем пришлось поспорить чтобы нам все же заменили номер… когда заменили-все встало на свои места. Абсолютно .  Красивый чистый номер нам дали, с компенсацией фруктовых тарелок 😍даже неловко было.  Спасибо отелю !
