room was. Not cleaned for 2 days, for parking you need to bay extra 100 Saudi Riyals per day!!! No baby crib

The worst stay I experienced in 5 stars hotels ever. The parking is not included and you have to pay 69 SAR / day !!! Even 1 star hotels their have parking as a guest service Room service is below average Breakfast was terrible, in terms of taste and variety. You have to go down to take your food delivery as they will not serve it to your room (like a punishment) so forget about cozy stay Even when the front desk called me to ask me, how was my stay, and I tried to tell her my bad experience, she didn't care, just jumped to remind me that I have to check out !!!

المرافق نظيفه .خدمة رائعة جدا .قريب من المسجد النبوي لكن اضطررت للسفر باقي يومين من الحجز طلبت الاسترجاع قالو سياسة الفندق لاتسترجع علما انني حجزت عن طريق Trip دائما كنت استرجع الايام بموافقه الفندق .الا الفندق المذكور لم يوافق عالاسترجاع عن طريق حجز الاونلاين

A really good choice for its price, no major problems, the reception responds immediately and is extremely helpful and respectful, we did face slight problems but they try to fix them within minutes, therefore i will not include them. general cleanness is good, bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is new so everything seems well put. The location is not that bad, around 7-10 minutes to reach The masjid’s doors when walking, although it might be difficult for older people and in the summer’s heat, Going for dhuhr and asr was tiring, you need to cover your head as there is a big portion without shade. Generally pleased. الله يعطيكم العافية و شكرا لتعاملكم الراقي.

Comfortable room. Clean and well maintained, Its located at a good location with plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, and no more than 10 minutes drive to many attractions, The hotel breakfast has a decent spread and tastes pretty good. Overall Good Experience.

Excellent location within walking distance of the Haram. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and well maintained. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah.
