De manière général l’accueil a l’hôtel radisson est très bien, le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. La deco de l’hôtel est très réussi, les chambres sont agréable au rez-de-chaussée il y a un café agréable, au 8eme étage une salle de sport avec sauna et piscine parfaite pour se détendre. L’emplacement est assez correct à moins 10 minutes à pied de la mosquée Quba, puis à la mosquée Quba il y a les voiturettes pour se rendre à la mosquée Nabawi, l’hôtel dispose également de navette gratuite pour se rendre à la mosquée nabawi c’est donc agréable. Je pense que cette hôtel est plus agréable que les hôtels aux abords de la mosquée nabawi car il est très calme, les allers retours pour aller à la mosquée peuvent être long mais dans l’ensemble ça reste correct, c’est intéressant pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la ville de Medine plus que de la mosquée nabawi en elle même. Le seul point négatif de cette hôtel c’est qu’il faut demander pour le ménage dans la chambre, si vous ne le demandez pas alors personne ne viendra le faire (sur les 3 nuits passer j’ai dû appeler 3 fois la réception pour le ménage), en dehors de cela tout est ok.

We had an extraordinary stay at the Radisson Medina. It truly felt like a five-star luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding—so much variety, with both local and international options. Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!

The hotel has a great location and it's kind of newly built. However the service it's not what you'll be expecting from Radisson Blue brand. The staff are ok but when you want some help you'll not receive a 4 stats service, more of 2 stars. I had an AC issue with my unit, and the staff did not help whatsoever, even though all what it takes is 2 minutes to swipe the room!

للاسف لايوجد سبا كم هو مكتوب في الاعلان للاسف لايوجد ضيافة بالغرفة بالنسبه لفندق 5 نجوم للاسف لايوجد ماء حار في الحمام لاتوجد جميع مواد النظافه من معجون وفرشاه وصابون وما الى ذلك بالنسبه لثلاث اشخاص للاسف الاضاءه ضعيفة لاسف الاطلاله جدا سيئه بالنسبه لهذا المبلغ الكبير للاسف 1085ريال مبلغ كبير جدا مقابل هذه الخدمات

Breakfast was very minimal not the greatest , swimming pool was dirty , steam and sauna was not working , staff were nice , hotel was next to quba masjid which was the highlight , and a bit far from masjid nawbi it could take 30 mins at times during the day when there was traffic
