The stay was disappointing overall. The first room we were given had multiple problems, the Muslim shower wasn’t working, the shower area lacked curtains, and the floor tiles were cracked. We asked for a change right away and thankfully were moved without any issues to another room. The new room was better, relatively clean, but had no safe. The hotel’s location is its main positive aspect, just a few minutes’ walk to the Haram, which is very convenient. However, the bigger issues ruined the experience. The lifts were a nightmare, with half of them under renovation, the waiting time was easily 10 minutes or more each 訂房網站, sometimes I had to use stairs luckily I wasn’t on upper floors. On top of that, there was ongoing construction work inside the building which often set off alarms, making it really hard to rest or sleep. Overall, despite the location and cleanliness, the constant noise, poor room conditions initially, and lift problems made the stay unpleasant.

Overall hotel stay was good and pretty much uneventful. Some rooms have shower trays with no surround so you can imagine the unsurprising significantly wet floor after use. Nice,clean hotel with all the basic amenities and spacious room.There are plenty of lifts and the service desk is helpful-they allowed me to check in free at 10:30am which really helped. The only negative about the hotel that it’s about 10mins walk to the prophet’s masjid but it’s great value for money as the hotels nearer the masjid will probably cost considerably more.

Hotel name Is very nice, But their room Services are very Poor.. Breakfast was kinda Okey.. I'd say Average for the Money..
