El hotel está a unos pasos del Centro Comercial Santa Fé y a unos 200 metros del Centro Comercial Oviedo. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca como Andrés Carne de Res y otros. El desayuno es muy completo con todo tipo de jugos y frutas, y también cenamos una noche y la comida estaba exquisita. No usamos la piscina, porque hacía un poco de fresco ni tampoco el gimnasio que se veía muy completo.

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great! The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess. The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways. Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Hotel arranged for airport pickup for us because it was our first time to Colombia and I was a bit anxious about relying on local transport.  The day before arrival I got all the driver’s information as to the make of car and license with WhatsApp contact.  Everything went smooth.  After realizing that Medellín is safe, we started to take Uber.  Much cheaper

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a pocos paso del mejor Centro Comercial de Medellin: Santa fe. El desayuno buffete es muy bueno, variedad de frutas, embutidos, quesos, yogurt, huevos, cereales, panes, etc. Me volveria a hospedar en este hotel. La limpieza limpieza de la habitacion fue algo, que tuve que reclamar y pedir cambio de habitacion ya que la habitacion tenia manchas en las ceramicas, parece por trabajos de obra, la ducha no corria el agua y se quedaba estancada. En el piso que nos hospedamos habia una familia con niños que lloraron toda
