Tanto Sebastián como Jennifer, son dos profesionales excelentes. Les falta un lugar común para hacer los desayunos, pero en los apartamentos se está cómodo. L habitación amplia, jacuzzi precioso, apartamento limpio con buena wifi, cocina, frigorífico grande.... Un lujo de relación calidad precio en pleno centro de Medellín. Muy bien comunicado con las lineas más importantes de la ciudad.

Dos inconvenientes el primero en el hotel me dijeron que la tarifa de tríp que pague, estaba errada en relación con la de hotel. En tríp la tarifa dice incluye tasas e impuestos y en el hotel decían que no. Lo cual generó incomodidad ya que fueron insistentes en esto.. Y en la madrugada 4 am hubo mucho ruido de la habitación continua. .

Fue un poco difícil conseguir parqueadero el primer día ya q las chicas no sabían y en la habitación no hicieron aseo durante los tres días q estuvimos hay

It was the best hotel in Medellin for me! The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet, and overall I had a really great experience staying here! The room was big (I don’t know why it’s difficult to find big rooms in Medellin), clean, and very comfortable, which is really important to me. It also had everything I needed — a microwave, a stove, and other useful amenities, which made the stay much more convenient. The location was also great. There’s a shopping mall, stores, and basically everything you might need within walking distance. The only downside for me was the internet connection, because I kept having problems with the Wi-Fi. I also occasionally had issues with the hot water in the shower. Sometimes I had to wait quite a long time for the water to get warm, and one time the hot water never came at all, so I ended up taking a cold shower.. But overall, the hotel was amazing, and I would still definitely recommend it
