The hotel boasts a fantastic swimming pool, although I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. Firstly, the water pressure in the hotel was disappointingly low, making showering a bit of a challenge. The linens were noticeably old and in need of replacement. I also encountered an issue with ants in my room and the toilet, which was quite unsettling.

Our 6 nites stay was comfortable due to hardworking cleaner like Ibu Rosmalia. Buffet breakfast was enough but there was no AC at breakfast area. I was dripping in sweat. Please improve your AC. AC in room also felt like 28C eventhough it stated 16C. I also would like to comment - why you have to charge Grab for IDR 5K just to pick up/drop in their customer? ☹️☹️ Grab drivers said Dantob is the ONLY hotel in medan that charge them..even 5 stars hotel like Marriot or Adimulia dont charge them. Customer is the one that needs to pay the fee. Imagine if my family go out and in 3X a day...that would be 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 days = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖
