Environment is noisy and doesn’t feel safe,not recommended for solo lady.

My stay second time in the hotel , I pick this hotel again for its location near to Medan Station , for my convenience travelling to and from the airport. The staff at the reception is polite and responsive. I book a room package with breakfast and it is good value for convenience not having to go out. The room I check in was a twin room and I consider its very clean. It would be better if some coffee making facilities be added to the room.

Kmrnya jorok
Lantainya berdebu , diinjak kaki hitam2
Ad semut, ninggalin mknan manis di meja sbntr, semut berdatangan
AC nya agak2 rusak atau sya yg ga pande tekannya
Pelayanan krg memuaskan , pas check in cs nya krg friendly , tidak menjelaskan dgn rinci , tgl ngasih krtu kmr gitu aja , tidak menyapa atau menjelaskan dgn rinci dimna srapan nya bla bla bla
Untuk srapan biasa aja
Ini pertama kali dan terakhir kali sya nginap disni

J ai demandé non fumeur et je suis en zone fumeurs. L AC est bruyante et peu efficace . L eau chaude sanitaire tarde à venir,et difficile à régler. La TV est locale. Les petits déjeuners sans trop de choix. La carte d accès à la porte de chambre fonctionne tres mal. Le personnel n a pas dit qu il fallait changer de carte d accès à la chambre tous les jours. Bref, j ai fait 2 nuits c est trop.
