整體而言，如果純入住來說是非常不錯。 但如果有特別要求，例如製造驚喜的話，酒店幫不到什麼忙。 出門前放置生日氣球於床上，旁邊放上貼士，滿懷希望回來時氣球已經佈置好，誰知回來時發現只打掃了房間，未吹的氣球只放到一旁，非常失望，因此錯過了很好的時機。 之後致電到櫃檯，要求打掃房間，希望工人幫忙怖置氣球，但45分鐘過去還未到，我也已經怖置好了。

Good and nice hotel. Up graded free of charge. Counter staff fMas Eko very friendly and helpful, Adryan Tahar, kitchen staff at Restaurant cook up a great breakfast for 2 mornings.Overall a nice stay..room is very nice and clean.

酒店的服務水準很不錯，位置非常好，位於城市中心，出行很便利。早餐很豐盛，下次來棉蘭會再入住。泳池水有點渾濁。

房間床單都不是白色的，也不知道是洗不乾淨還是什麼問題，浴巾都是爛的，感覺像是用了幾年的

環境很好，居住很舒服，床合適我，住了4天感覺很好，下次過去還是會去入住，周邊環境也很不錯，中國餐也有，很好

Secara keseluruhan hotelnya terawat, staff ramah dan sopan, minusnya hanya di sarapan agak kurang perlu approvement di rasa, tapi beda lidah beda rasa bukan hal yg harus diperdebatkan, salah satu hotel yg direkomendasikan di medan, terimakasih

Overall the room was relatively modern. But the up keep and cleanliness is terrible. The toilet has a lingering urine smell and thank goodness closing the toilet door and lots of my personal perfume masked stench. The pillows and towel has a very strong stale musky stench. Smell is very strong the moment i walked into the room. Called house keeping to change the sheets and pillow covers and that didn’t help. I guess the stench in embedded in the pillows due to prolonged use and lack of sanitization! The card key did not work very well, so often you will see other guest struggling to open their room door. Personally i have to make at least 4 to 5 attempts before the lock finally decides to open up! This hotel is marketed as Radisson, but they have lost the franchise and it is no longer a Radisson chain! Which i am not at all surprised given the poor standard of hygiene! Staff however are very friendly and helpful. Thank goodness it is only a 1 night stay. They have blocked out the Radisson logo on their key card and holder and no signs that it was a Radisson chain. Seem like Trips.com need to review the hotel’s brand as i have been misled and resulted with my very disappointing stay.

Hotel yang sangat recommended untuk keluarga, letaknya strategis , dekat dengan mall Deli park, mall medan fair, petugas hotel yang sangat ramah, di samping hotel ada KFC, restoran garuda, untuk cari makan tinggal jalan kaki aja, akses ke kolam renang sangat mudah,, kamar di upgrade ke deluxe tanpa tambah biaya, super lah pokoknya
