酒店的服務水準很不錯，位置非常好，位於城市中心，出行很便利。早餐很豐盛，下次來棉蘭會再入住。泳池水有點渾濁。

𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗟 World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. 房間很舊，設施什麼的都很老舊。 泳池還不錯，早餐還OK。但是整體來講是不值的。 因為酒店標榜4星。

So lovely! I stayed in a king junior suite which was great value for money. My room was spotless, it was such a treat to use the free toiletries, wear the robe and slippers, use the coffee machine and variety of coffees, sleep in the huge comfy bed and watch my Netflix. The restaurant has huge windows perfect for watching the sunset and the variety and quality of food was brilliant. I also loved the pool with fresh towels on the sun beds and waterfall feature. The best thing about it though was the lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Only downside is it’s such a busy location, I didn’t venture out much I preferred the peace of the hotel. It’s not far from the airport though and the receptionist booked my taxi for me. I am definitely staying here next time I visit :)

Nice staffs at the door, service counter, restaurant & cafe except one Mr. Melky at the check out counter. He is very cocky challenging my guest to complaint to his boss. Both lifts and rooms are lack of maintenance. Mosquitos everywhere at the lobby, cafe, restaurant and even in our rooms. Insects is common at dining tables! Will Not visit Radisson. Not recommended!

Overall sudah sangat bagus, pelayanan dan kecepatan proses checkin sangat mudah. Namun TV bolehlah diperbaharui krn sdh sangat lawas.

Walaupun hotel lama Kamarnya tetap bersih dan nyaman, karyawan ramah. Cocok untuk liburan keluarga.

The towels have smell in them that makes it unpleasant. Overall a good experience minus the towels experience

Nice and helpful staff at the hotel. We had water coming from the ceiling and within 15 minutes someone came to fix it. We got upgraded to the next category since the room we booked was occupied already For a 4 star hotel we expected it to be a bit cleaner however it wasn't obviously dirty. The room was nice and spacious.

Recomended Hotel, pelayanan mulai dari security pintu masuk sampai parkiran sangat memuaskan, security mengiringi dan mengarahkan lokasi parkir, resepsionis jg sangat ramah, walaupun hotel bangunan lama tapi sangat bersih dan terawat, untuk sarapan banyak variasi menu nya, berhubung liburan keluarga pesan nya kamar connecting room, pihak hotel jg menyuguhkan hiburan untuk para tamu hotel dengan penampilan barongsai di hari imlek
