I was shocked when I knew the 訂房網站 charges were 80% higher than the actual hotel daily rates. I was asked to vacate by 11.00 as sub vendor of Trip. Com, Make my 訂房網站’s terms and condition with Palms hotel was like that. Whereas as my booking from Trip. Com was until 12.00 noon. Palm’s management didn’t even recognise the Trip. Com and informed me that they didn’t hear such name before. Now I regret that I used Trip. Com for my bookings

Temple tour. Hotel arranged for car. The drivers were real nice . Dining was excellent and the service was simply amazing

Overall a very good experience. Had a very smooth checkin and checkout Rooms were good and big enough. Hot water was available. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Inhouse restaurant had good food options and food was tasty.

Clean and safe rooms. Hot water and AC works as advertised. Food is good, but they don’t serve any alcohol ( beer etc) during dinner. Hotel staff is very helpful and ample parking on site.
