تجربتي في فندق لي جاديس: أقمت في الفندق لمدة ٥ أيام، وفي أول ليلة طلبت أكل من خدمة الغرف وتم احتساب ٣٣ ريال رسوم توصيل. في اليوم الثاني أثناء الفطور تفاجأت بوجود صرصور داخل الجيك حق العصير! أبلغت الموظفين، أخذوا الجيك وشالوا الصرصور ورجعوه نفس العصير بدون أي اعتذار أو استبدال! تواصلت مع المدير وطالبت باسترجاع المبلغ أو حتى نصفه، لكنه رفض تمامًا، وقال بالحرف إن “الصرصور صغير وما يضر”! هل يُعقل أن يُقاس حق العميل وحُسن التعامل بحجم الصرصور؟ حتى مبلغ الإفطار للأيام المتبقية رفضوا يرجعونه، إضافة إلى أن نظافة الفندق سيئة جدًا ولا تليق بالسعر المرتفع. حتى و انتم تمشون عادي جدا تصادفون صراصير و تدخل الغرفه بعد !!! والفطور مره استغفرالله الله يديم النعمه بصراحة، لا أنصح أبدًا بتجربة الفندق، خصوصًا لمن يهتم بالنظافة أو الخدمة الممتازة. أما اللي “ذاب فلوسه وما تهمه” يمكن ما يفرق معه. والله على ما أقول شهيد My Experience at Le Jadis Hotel: I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. On the first night, I ordered food through room service, and they charged 33 SAR just for delivery. The next morning at breakfast, I found a cockroach inside the juice jug! I informed the staff, they took it away, removed the insect, and brought the same juice back as if nothing happened! I contacted the manager asking for a refund, or at least half of the amount, but he completely refused and said, “It’s a small cockroach, it doesn’t matter.” Seriously? Is the refund policy based on the size of the cockroach? They also refused to refund the remaining breakfast days, and honestly, the cleanliness was terrible for a hotel that charges such high prices. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, especially for anyone who values cleanliness or good service. Maybe it’s fine for those who have money to waste — but definitely not worth it. And God is my witness

Ons verblijf in Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness was perfect van begin tot eind. Alles van de hygiëne tot de voorzieningen was uitstekend. De locatie is prachtig en straalt rust uit. Een speciaal woord van dank aan Karan voor zijn uitzonderlijke service. Hij zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt welkom voelden, altijd met een glimlach en aandacht voor elk detail. Dankzij hem werd ons verblijf nog bijzonderder.
