卡馬庫斯酒店 (komakusa hotel)

新的賓館，周圍很安靜，綠色的海洋，新鮮的空氣，熱情的服務，吃的也很好，還有一個小酒吧，最驚喜的就是溫泉水質絕佳，泡了許多回，前天招待熱情健談非常舒服的一次體驗，吃的是日餐，很舒服。

到著が23時を過ぎていたのに溫泉をあけておいてくれた。溫泉も気持ちよく満足。ただ前もって到著が遅くなる連絡をしたのに、宿泊の日の夕方に夕食の準備が出來ていると連絡がきたので、事前に連絡した際に夕方の有無の確認が欲しかった。また、布団がペラペラすぎてとても身體が痛く、疲れは取れなかった、、。

1박 2일로 코마쿠사 호텔에서 숙박하였습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 저렴한 가격에 온천과 석식, 조식까지 누릴 수 있어 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 석식과 조식은 모두 정말 맛있었고 온천은 따뜻하고 개운했습니다. 새벽에 호탤 밖에서 보는 밤 하늘은 정말 장관이였습니다. 다음에 노리쿠라 고원에 방문할 때도 이 곳을 이용할 생각입니다!

溫泉が良かったです

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly at home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and thoughtful touches that create a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail—from the comfortable rooms to the delicious dining options—was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. I was especially impressed by how impeccably clean everything was, including the public bathrooms and hot spring area. The staff cleaned up immediately after use, which made the whole environment feel fresh and cared for. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to hospitality and excellence, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary care shown by the hotel assistant Akemi during our stay. When we were unexpectedly stuck in the snow in a remote area, she walked alone to find us and kindly offered assistance to call for tow truck support. She then guided us safely back to the hotel, even though we had already checked out, and welcomed us with tea and biscuits to keep us warm while we waited. Her thoughtfulness and dedication went far beyond duty, and her kindness turned a stressful situation into a touching memory. Thank you sincerely for such genuine hospitality—it is something we will never forget.

This hotel is convinient. Room is clean, staff are nice , there is a free parking lot.

Renovated lobby area, onsen lacks of ryokan style of cleaning essential. This hotel run by Chinese people so did not feel that they paid attention to the detail of service. Dinner kaiseki meal were underpar. Breakfast even horrible. I can tell they did not serve freshly made salmon, they were very hard to bite. Most item are heated from frozen like suimai and xiao longbao which I didn't expect to have as Japanese breakfast. Miso soup was the same leftover from dinner. Coffee not hot at all. I don't think I will stay there again.

Convenient for Tateyama Kurobe ropeway visit
