沒電梯。酒店比較老，不要用燒水壺，很髒。酒店有餐廳，怕不安全的可以在酒店就餐，價格比較便宜。從機場出來，大概十幾分鍾。不要根據谷歌地圖走，到達區出來走隧道前往租車點停車場，看到一大排租車公司。然後可以問問安保人員怎麼走去酒店，他會騎車帶你走過一個下坡（大概在停車場左上角），然後下坡盡頭的橋底有個鐵門，這個門（晚上10-次日5就關門），從鐵門出來右拐走一百多米就到酒店門口了。主要注意這段路可能會被搶，在停車場和機場挺安全的。

櫃檯很親切，我 11:00 提早抵達，還讓我提早 check-in。 不過機場到飯店的接駁要另外付費，直接在機場叫 Uber or Blot 會比較便宜。

I tried to contact The road Lodge Cape Town airport before I arrived and was fobbed of by the staff member. When, I booked in the reception team was welcoming, caring and friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed with the influx of guest, all arriving at the same time. The person who booked me in, was called Gdu, from what I recall and he was great. Unfortunately, I was woken up extremely early, by the cleaning staff or serving staff, who were very chatty and extremely loud. Eventually, when I left my room to check out, I greeted one of the staff, who did not even bother to return my greeting and just ignored me whilst being very unfriendly. At the checkout desk, again, I felt very unwelcome and in the way. I will certainly not stay there again

This is a bit of 'you get what you pay for,' but even then it was underwhelming. Stayed for 1 night with an early morning flight, so the location was what we needed. Thin walls and can hear conversations in the room next to you. Tiny rooms and bathrooms. Towels in the bathroom are questionable at best and air drying might be prefered. I did not test out actually sleeping under the blankets, rather decided to sleep on top to be safe.

Booking in was efficient, the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there is no access to the 1st floor other than the stairs which we didn't know but were able to manage . Could be a problem for thise unable to do stairs . Would have been nice to have a shuttle to the airport as well but we were advised of transport to book which worked well.

This is the perfect place to stay when arriving from a flight late at night - so close to the airport, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was clean, warm and comfortable after spending the day travelling. We also had the breakfast buffet which was really good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a quick stay over.

In need of a bit of upgrading. Everything like one would expect from an airport hotel except it has no lift which is strange considering the majority of clients would have big luggage.

Great experience. Clean room and friendly reception team. My stay was just for one night arriving late from a local flight from Durban, and leaving the next day for an International flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil. Overall it was a great one-night stay and I would definitely recommend it if you need to be close to the airport to travel the next day. I will definitely book it again.

Great location right at the airport, although in the dark, its tricky to get onto the right road for airport . The friendly security guard was very helpful. Slow check-in as they were quite busy but helpful porter and excellent salad and service in the restaurant. Particularly appreciated the tranquil outdoor area with a beautiful garden. Would definitely recommend it for travellers needing an early check in
