Washroom’s bathing area drain was blocked and hence one cannot take bath. Housekeeping team was informed but they didn’t care.

This Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Mathura as it has well bolt and maintained rooms with excellent services. The staff is really good and location is best suited to visit temples.

Budget stay @Mathura vrindavan- you cant expect much from a 3 star hotel. Food was nice but okayish not much option Staffs are a bit rude not that helpful when it comes to new visitors- we were made to wait for 3hrs even after requesting early check in at time of booking Recommended if you have a short stay

Had a family gathering and was good and well managed property with proper resources. The staff were very humble.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for two nights. Service was good. Only issue was with hot water which was not coming in besin. Apart from everything was good specially breakfast. Price wise it is bit expensive.

Nicely kept rooms, with basics available … but there simple breakfast is just simple… n one of fav which they often times serve POHA … a suggestion atleast should work on their variety of spread
