I and my family come in vrindavan and mathura on the festival of janmastmi. I stay 1 night in vrindavan and 1 night in mathura. Vrindavan experience in hotel are good but my experience in ****un residency is little bit good bcz the water of washroom very salty and kettle of this hotel not working. I give 4 star out of 5

I book this hotal for 2 night, and the total cost of bookings is 3500/- . don't stay on this hotal wast of money, room is not good, service is also very bad. totally very bad experience. 😡😡

I was staying in another hotel in the destination city. But since i was not happy with it, i booked another room with this hotel. I called the hotel 3 hours in advance and asked if i can come to the hotel before the check-in time and the receptionist said yes. So, i reached the hotel. On reaching the hotel, the management said, since i wanted to do an early check-in i need to pay extra amount for early check-in otherwise wait there. I tried to explain that i reached the hotel early only after consulting the receptionist otherwise i would have stayed in the previous hotel itself. But they were not ready to listen to it. They didn't agree to that fact and kept on insisting for extra amount. So, i had to pay extra amount. On top of it, the manager was very rude and used harsh language when i questioned the hotel management's policy. They argued and shouted for some time. Such kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. This resulted in not only monetary loss but had to face totally disrespectful management.
