Very comfortable room, in a quiet and relaxing spot of Matheran. Delicious food and above all very friendly and serviceable staff! Our stay was lovely, we even extended it for two more nights without any issue. The hotel staff was always ready to help us with any inquiry. The room was large and with all necessary things.

The rooms are very average, The food is very costly so i quit the food package. The hotel area is very congested, no open space, no garden space, no open area for playing badminton, No swing available for couples sits and relax. only the swimming pool is good, washroom also not clean, didnt get Hot water in morning, Totally Average experience. very costly than what we get.

The property is spacious, and the front desk staff was helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, the maintenance left much to be desired. There were insects and bugs in the washroom, peeling paint on the walls, and out of all the lights and charging sockets, only one was functional, with the rest being fused or non-operational.

Property location is very good, nearby to station, food was good but could have been better. Hotel staff is very good. Responsive and humble. Definitely will suggest to friends and relatives, if they plan. Daily activities in evening makes stay very comfortable and entertaining

This hotel very dirty all meals no tasty food room ac not working room service not available bathroom very bad bathroom tissue room paper not found drink water not available in room dinner table very dirty hot water in bathroom 24 hours not available. Hotel staff not supporting hotel room at booking time show but give others room. Please next not fraud any person this hotel against.
