The hotel has been there for a longer time and it has a low quality hotel so it just good enough for 1 night stay, close to the airport, port and bus terminal, staff are very accommodating and polite helpful if you need anything. The guard the muddle age one is seen grampy,

We had a pleasant stay at GV Hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms that met our basic needs. The staff were approachable and accommodating, making check-in and requests easy. The location is good for  sea port traveler as it’s just a walking distance about 5 mins walk to the airport, close to bank, mall and market.  The bed is ok just for 1 night for a low price compare with other, bath room need more cleaning and improvement, staff are good and accommodating.

This hotel use to be average but now seems they just getting bad, on the cleanliness, bath had a mold water leaking towards the room floor area. The AC is working just noisy, No soap and shampoo to shower no hot water, There is TV but no channel, bed is ok firm pillow is getting thinner, Cannot recommend this hotel at all. Just for additional 200-300 pesos can get a bettter just a few meter away.
