這次入住有很不好的體驗，之前入住一直都會有有窗口的。然而這次完全沒有窗口，還要我加錢才給我。我基本每個星期都入住，這次的體驗太☹️

經過之前的體驗，對這個酒店的感受是大打折扣。居然跟客人計較窗口，我算是熟客了。導致接下來的感受都是不好。

The Management could improve better especially on cleanliness. Blanket & bedsheet got stain everywhere, blood & dirty stain. Curtain also very dirty (this should be taken in actions as the curtain is right beside the bed. Not hygienic). Toilet glass door also quite dirty looks like didn’t brush/ clean it for a long time. Other than that, is ok for us. Thank you for the good services by the polite receptionist. To the management of The Jazz Hotel, please take this review positively as your Hotel location & services is good.

衞生有待改進、房間設施老舊、睡覺有噪音！酒店的前台服務比較熱情！希望可以在清潔方面改進！酒店的地點比較好，附近有很多好吃的小店。

We stayed in the VIP suite, it's a small cozy room. The bathtub is clean, water pressure is decent and the hot water works very well. Toilet is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable although the bed sheet is on the rough side. It was a lovely stay and many food places near the hotel.

一切都很好 設施簡單但齊全 隔音還行附近很多餐廳和便利店 酒店隔壁也有泰式按摩可以放鬆身心 喜歡打桌球的附近也有很多桌球館

酒店的位置很好，距離市中心和雙子塔很近，空間方正寬大，設施床品也不錯，旁邊有個熱鬧的夜市，用餐很方便，推薦！

地理位置不錯，有不少的餐廳在附近。 入住的房間，有一股煙味，應該是陳年累積下來的味道。 覺得枕頭用了有些時日，覺得有頭臘殘留的味道。 員工的服務態度友善。
