Everything is great. The location, the services, the facilities, the cleanliness all is good and satisfying. I've encountered some issue whereas the hotel has double charged me (prepaid through Trip & at the receptionist). However, the issue was solved quickly and they have refunded my money. Thanks to customer service from Trip and also to the hotel.

This is the first time i got a room without window. This was not informed earlier during booking. Very unfriendly receptionist and very dissapointing stay for 2 day. Will never book here again

總體還是不錯的，衞生間也蠻大，房間也蠻大，周圍吃的東西也挺多，就是位置稍微有點偏。。。。。。。。。。

We had an amazing time . Received a warm welcome from the entrance guards and the frontdesk staff The stay was pleasant. Room was wonderful and clean with an amazing view of the city. Being just above the mall was really convenient for us to grab dinner and do some shopping. Hotel obeyed strict SOP. Accessible hand sanitizers and well arranged dining area. Breakfast was good Overall highly recommended place to stay when in JB.
