在南馬新山還有那麼舒適的精品酒店，而且價格合理，附近也有很多便利店和餐館，非常方便。非常適合出差商務或者旅行時入住。

性價比很高的一間酒店,酒店位置非常好周邊很多小吃,房間非常大非常乾淨,酒店門前停車位很多,下次出差還是會簡直之間酒店

乾淨，安靜，周圍環境中等，到處都是餐廳，去市中心或者郊區都屬於中間點，價錢還可以接受，主要是旁邊是新區，如果不介意的話就適合.

A great stay, many food eateries nearby. There's also bubble tea - beutea, chagee within walking distance, karaoke spots and plenty of massage places to choose from. Hotel is clean and everything looks new since it just opened in 2026. Sound proofing can be improved though. There's water dispenser at the hotel lobby and at the corridor to our rooms, making it easy to get water (hot/cold). Hotel shampoo and shower gel was ok too.

Speak of bad experience, 1. Facilities, room soundproof is bad, water running can hear, people talking loudly at back streetlane, any activity at outside room can hear. 2. Facilities, bathtub, does not cemented on the floor, drainage is not installed, when you drain the bathtub, your whole bathroom will be flooded with water. if happen you climb out from bathtub, the bathtub easily tilted and the moment accident can happen. 3. Service, housekeeping working at 6pm above such as vacuum at corridor area 4. Hotel wifi was not stong and stable, you will have difficulty connectivity even your own mobile data connection is weak in the hotel.

Booked this for a night stay with friends. Room was spacious and comes with two single beds and one queen bed in a loft room. Overall, the room was clean however the bathroom was just so so. We have to stand in the bath tub to shower actually and there’s a cockroach came out when my friend was showering. 😮💨

I booked a family room for 2 person and we stayed in room 206. We had 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Room space was huge and big. Room come with wall mounted air condition so we can adjust the temperature of the room. The nice part was the TV whereby I can watch Korean actor IU Hotel DEL LUNA via IQYI Channel.

The hotel nearby has many eateries is a plus point. However, the hotel does not provide daily cleaning. The bathtub is not fix correctly. Water will drain to floor from bathtub. Hotel does not provide drinking water. Need to fill up water using my own bottle at the water dispenser near to lift of the hotel.
