Cleanliness is great as it is still new. But i was quite surprised to see how the entire building looks like when we arrived. The carpark like normal housing carpark, the swimming pool is shared to public. We booked two rooms, one room power 訂房網站 for twice, one room sewage blocked.. bed is comfortable, aircon is cool! But the overall experience doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, more like dormitory outside the room.

Had our first stay at this new hotel! Some people might confuse it with the other Sheraton in central JB since the names are similar, but they differ in both star rating and location. The location here isn’t the most convenient, and getting a Grab can be a bit tricky. That said, the service was great—really appreciated how the staff checked in to see if we needed help with transport and even offered water. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it’s reasonable for a smaller hotel. Just felt the food could be replenished a bit faster. Overall, a great experience, though the location might be a drawback for some.

For our room cleanliness i gave 10, for food yes we enjoyed our food the only thing is the pool its not clean ,so far all is good if you want a quiet place to stay i recommend you this hotel.

Clean and new, the space is big. Breakfast has wide selection, they even serve smoked salmon which is delicious! But the location is not center, don’t have much restaurant at surrounding

Hotel was really new, and was located near Permas Jaya area. Beds were comfy and staff service was excellent. Just felt that location was a little far from most attractions/food area.

The room was nice, spacious and very comfortable, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, we experienced some issues with the booking and unfortunately the staff appeared quite clueless about how to handle the situation. We ended up wasting a lot of time trying to sort things out, which was frustrating. Hopefully the hotel can improve their coordination and customer service as the property itself has good potential.
