這個酒店估計是新的。房間非常大和乾淨哦，沒想到會那麼寬敞舒適。而且還有準備洗漱用品，真的太貼心了！下次還會再來！非常滿意👍🏻

The room itself was quite pleasant, especially the spacious living area. I also liked the rotating TV, which could be watched from both the bedroom and living room – a thoughtful touch that added convenience. That said, there were several disappointing aspects of the stay. The bathroom design felt poorly thought out. Although the shower area is large, there are no proper shelves or niches for toiletries. The only ledge available is positioned more than 1.8 metres high, which is impractical when showering. The layout is also awkward. The shower door and bathroom door are both extremely close to the toilet bowl, making the space feel cramped despite the bathroom’s generous size. The biggest issue, however, was the shower pressure. Both the handheld shower head and the rain shower had very weak water pressure, which made every shower less enjoyable. For me, this was the property’s biggest weakness. The exterior of the building and the corridors were also rather underwhelming. Instead of feeling like a hotel, the place reminded me more of a school or chalet. Finally, the room slippers felt cheap and flimsy. Larger sizes and better-quality slippers would definitely improve the guest experience. Overall, there are some good ideas here, particularly the spacious living area and rotating TV, but the weak shower pressure, bathroom design, and overall hotel presentation leave plenty of room for improvement.

Cleanliness is great as it is still new. But i was quite surprised to see how the entire building looks like when we arrived. The carpark like normal housing carpark, the swimming pool is shared to public. We booked two rooms, one room power 訂房網站 for twice, one room sewage blocked.. bed is comfortable, aircon is cool! But the overall experience doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, more like dormitory outside the room.

Great stay! ✨ The hotel was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Loved the gym facilities, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded expectations—would definitely stay here again! 😊

Location was meh... kind of out of location to everything. Nothing much was walkable, all would be travel by car. The hotel location and entrance wasnt that perfect too its almost in the middle of traffic. But hotel looks great, bed was great too and staff services are trying to give in their best. It seems the staff are still not so well verse with the system (a new hotel i supposed?) took us about 30minutes just to check in and get through the procedure. The rest breakfast is impressive, huge crazy variation but quality wasnt there yet. can be improved... Facilities is impressive and the room space is insane... gonna say i love the spacy room and working table available. Hopefully things can improve for the better !! will still consider to be back again next round~

The accommodation experience was good, and the service staff had a very good attitude But the hotel breakfast was really not tasty. The hotel management should evaluate the cooking skills and variety for the breakfast. Also, the parking spaces were somewhat insufficient.

Had our first stay at this new hotel! Some people might confuse it with the other Sheraton in central JB since the names are similar, but they differ in both star rating and location. The location here isn’t the most convenient, and getting a Grab can be a bit tricky. That said, the service was great—really appreciated how the staff checked in to see if we needed help with transport and even offered water. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it’s reasonable for a smaller hotel. Just felt the food could be replenished a bit faster. Overall, a great experience, though the location might be a drawback for some.
