Had our first stay at this new hotel! Some people might confuse it with the other Sheraton in central JB since the names are similar, but they differ in both star rating and location. The location here isn’t the most convenient, and getting a Grab can be a bit tricky. That said, the service was great—really appreciated how the staff checked in to see if we needed help with transport and even offered water. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it’s reasonable for a smaller hotel. Just felt the food could be replenished a bit faster. Overall, a great experience, though the location might be a drawback for some.

Hotel was really new, and was located near Permas Jaya area. Beds were comfy and staff service was excellent. Just felt that location was a little far from most attractions/food area.
