空間大，還算乾淨，空調都沒問題。但沒有附吹風機需要跟前台要，隔音沒有很好，聽得到外面的聲音，洗澡的水也不是很熱。

Our family stayed here for 2 nights as a short getaway. I believe the apartment was recently converted to a hotel. Honestly it was not too bad for the price. The apartment is huge and came with daily housekeeping. Also, the staff was friendly and thought there was an issue with the first apartment at night, they did not hesitate to move us to another apartment. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Happy to have found this hotel/apartment for a staycation. It’s within walking distance to popular seafood place in Senibong The room is spacious and tastefully designed. Living room has a big tv and generally the place is windy. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Bath tub is big. Unfortunately since it’s a staycation, didn’t really has the chance to use the bath tub. I will be happy to return to this hotel/apartment if I plan to eat seafood at Senibong again Thank you

Understood they just open for the open market recently, probably not really ready yet to welcome guest. Informed the hotel receptionist on things to improve. Facility is relatively old but clean but got some fungus as seem on the wall between toilet and room. Breakfast is semi buffet Got washing machine and dryer for 2 bedroom type. Might return again to see if any improvement. Location wise is suitable if got car.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the weekdays. The hotel was so quiet, like a ghost town tho lol. I think this is not hotel hotel, but more like apartment hotel (?) since need to register as a visitor at the guard house. The receptionists were kind and soft-spoken. Breakfast was on an order basis. Tried a different menu every day and all good and delicious. Got water dispenser outside the room so no need to buy water bottles outside; very convenient. The room and balcony were all clean. However, unfortunately, the standard room was pretty small and i think it kinda didn't match the price, which is on the higher side. Only provide one time housekeeping although we were staying 4 days 3 nights

I like the view and the room. Quite nice and compact. Good for couples. The aircon seems not cold as reflected in temp. It would be good to have a kettle inside the room rather than keeping going out of the room to get hot water. Breakfast was simple and nice. Overall I like the stay.

Exceptional Stay Defined by Unmatched Service! If you want to experience what true hospitality looks like, look no further than this amazing hotel. While the property itself is wonderful, what truly sets it apart is the phenomenal staff—specifically, Janet and Roen. Janet and Roen are both exceptional. They don't just follow a standard hospitality script; they completely redefine customer service. In an industry where staff can sometimes be restricted by corporate red tape, Janet and Roen are a breath of fresh air. They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!

Fast response: The toilet bowl and Aircon got issues but were solved soon after the complaint lodged (before returned). Tranquil environment. A nice drinking water filter was prepared just outside the room, very convenient.
