里凡塔酒店 (Hotel Reevanta)

Hotel reevanta in daman is well located on the near teen bat-ti on the way to devka beach. We booked a deluxe room for a family of four 2 adults & 2 kids. Room size is average. They provided the extra bed as it was charged to us. Hotel staff only provided 1 bottle of water per day for 4 people. Breakfast was included in my room rate, it was average again with same items in the menu for breakfast. Food items in their menu were costly the portion size is less. For liquor they charged 20% vat, which was not mentioned on the bill apart from the vat amount. The only plus point about the hotel is close the daman main market & devka beach.

drastic parking issue & location extreme traffic jam in front of hotel ☹️ too crowded out of hotel u will b lucky if u find parking fr your vehicle hotel doznt hav its own parking place ☹️

The hotel stay was very pleasant. The food specially the breakfast was very nice. Food was delicious and rate are reasonable. The hotel staff is very supportive and helpful. The hotel location is in centre and just walking distance to the beach and all near around. Overall excellent

No proper room / arrangement for driver. Tea catle without sugar and tea bags. No proper electric switches / chargers are not fitted properly in the sockets. Bath kit was incomplete. Overall no proper hospitality as per the charges. Tea ingredients not received even after raising the concern to the reception. Mosquitoes are present inside the room. Bathroom condition is not well.

Cleanliness and service was not good, they don’t clean and bedding on daily basis, water bottles not kept. Breakfast was not up to the standard. Not worth it for the money they have taken

I want to escalate a complaint regarding the way make my 訂房網站 have handled my situation because of this pathetic hotel in daman, i was supposed to travel for a conference in daman earlier this month but couldn’t travel because of my leg fracture (i raised an request to refund but it was denied and the customer care guys never bothered to contact me again. This is the situation for a mm t biz account service, i reached out multiple times to get back to me with solutions. One time it was said verbally that hotel owner have agreed to extend my booking on future dates but never got any confirmation from mm t. Net net please boycott this hotel as they stet absolute inconsiderate about their customers
