This was a good value room. The room & linens were clean, but I felt like there had been a smoker in the room previously (although it wasn't *that* bad) and the carpets could have been a bit cleaner. The check-in was easy (by video). The 4th floor did not have lights in the corridor, so we needed a flashlight. The breakfast offered in my booking stated 10 CHF, but at check-in we were told 15, so we opted out. I didn't look at it to decide whether it would have been worth it. The shower was great, which was nice because we had just finished hiking. The location of the hotel is perfect if you're catching a train/bus & there is a supermarket & plenty of restaurants close by. I only wish the room had an electric jug/kettle.
