衞生很差，剛進去就看到電視台上放著一個還沒喝完的水瓶，床上都是毛髮，被單還有一股味道，感覺是沒有換過，浴室掛著一條浴巾，當時沒反應過來，以為這家酒店就是這樣的，後來想著不對，應該也是用過沒有收拾，因為入住時太累，穿著衣服躺床單上睡了一晚

從機場到酒店，可以坐一個小火車，免費，5分鐘不到，然後按照指示走，在和會展中心連接的走廊坐電梯下去，走10分鐘不到就到酒店了。 酒店晚餐的番茄意麵、薯條非常適合素食愛好者的胃口。 早餐有水煮蛋，感動；並且可以用瓶子接水，終於不用再買18元一杯的礦泉水。

Had an excellent and cosy stay at this hotel. Very near the train station, walking distanxe to bp pulse Live. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are very clean and equipped. Breakfast buffet is very good has sufficient choices and the ambiemce is relaxing. Will recommend this hotel.

A group of friends came together for a dragon boat racing event in Edgbaston and came as a rowing club. The hotel staff and the overall stay was very pleasant. Really enjoyed it, and will come again as this is an annual event.

Convenient for BP PulseLive venue.  We took Uber to the venue but the walk back north to NEC and through to near the station then signed off via side door and signed thereafter was  a 16 minute doddle. Well done re that helpful signing.
