馬賽老港索菲特酒店 (Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port)

商務出差，入住這個酒店，地理位置優越，7樓餐廳海景無敵，第一天早餐食物新鮮，但第二天，土豆是前一天剩的，吃起來有異味且很硬，五星的酒店，不應該啊，房間一般般，如果沖地理位置和頂樓海景推薦，如果追求性價比，強烈不推薦。另外，千萬不要坐酒店幫你叫的出租車，雖然司機會英語，但收費是雙倍！

跟朋友各訂了一間房住兩晚，進飯店到一路到櫃檯都沒服務人員，我們房的咖啡機跟膠囊不相容，沒有音響系統，隔天不知誰掛了勿擾門牌使我們沒有夜床服務，朋友房間的窗簾少了紗簾，入住隔天早餐臨時改在3樓，菜色不全，服務人員也不拿菜單上來，身為雅高集團的奢華品牌，各個小細節都不到位，非常失望不推薦

無功無過吧 .位置在馬賽老港 。但不是最熱鬧的廣場那一段，這也有個好處 就是沒有那麼吵。大堂在3樓 房間在一樓 。陽台正對著海港 。不過圖片不是房間拍的 .是我走出酒店兩分鐘的外面拍的 。酒店的角度看上去會比較雜亂。另外一定要記得掛免打擾的牌子 。不然工作人員會隨意開門進來roomservice（ꐦÒ‸Ó）. 現金記得隨身攜帶比較好

房間一般，給我們分配的是最角落的房間，雖然訂的是最便宜的房型，但是價格還是偏高，覺得有點不值得，因為房間是真的真的很普通，唯一優點是吃早餐的地方風景很美，食物品質不錯！

Great hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.

床挺大的，可能沒有到king，但兩個成年女性睡不會覺得擠。房間有點老了，但還是蠻乾淨的。有淋浴有浴缸，但淋浴間的封條沒有貼好還是老舊了，會漏水。陽台是朝港口的，有陽台的房間都是低樓層，且面向的港口的一條路，不是直接挨著港口，景色比較一般，加上冬季馬賽還總颳風，感覺還蠻雞肋的。 早餐的話吃得很一般，不知道是不是淡季品類不多，就衹是餐廳位置高可以看到整個馬賽。冬季露台的網紅座位也不開（而且真的挺冷的）。酒店有地庫可以付費停車，32歐一天，進出口很窄要注意。不過這個位置上高速方便。步行到老港中心大概是15分鐘，酒店周邊感覺還算安全，晚上吃完飯步行回去也沒什麼問題。

中國人有錢在這裡肯定沒有優質的服務！ 環境位置很好！

We stayed in Sofitel Marseille for 3 nights in the summer of 2023. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the old port of Marseille where all the shops and restaurants are located. It takes about a 15-minute walk to get from the hotel all the way to the centre of the old port so the hotel is fairly insulated from the hustle and bustle of the old port. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated but the interiors feel very fresh, clean and bright. We upgraded our room to a deluxe room facing the old port at the reception and we thought it was worth it. We never tired of waking up to a view of the old port with a clear blue sky. The room itself was quite clean and spacious. There was enough room to open up two luggages and still move around comfortably. There is also a turn down service where the staff will put out the bedroom slippers and play some nice Jazz music when you come back. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning would turn off in the middle of the night. The air conditioning control did not seem to work and it seems like the air conditioning is centrally controlled so the in-room controls did nothing. I could not sleep the first night as it was too warm and stuffy so we asked for a ventilateur (fan) the next day. That helped us to sleep better. Obviously, if you are planning to stay during the winter months then the heat at night should not be an issue. The staff at the reception were always pleasant, warm, friendly and polite. We were upsold the room with a view when we checked in so that should say something about how friendly the staff were. It was EUR70 per night for the room with a view and it included overnight parking (EUR27 per night) so it was really only about EUR50 extra per night. The valet and the concierge were all very helpful and nice and they all speak English well enough. If you intend to park here, do note that the roads within the hotel property can be quite narrow and the parking lots are quite narrow as well. It may be worthwhile getting the valet to help you park your car at least for the first day because driving from the car rental agencies at the Marseille train station to the hotel was stressful enough for us. We paid around EUR300 - 350 a night but we thought it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

酒店位於馬賽老港口，酒店海景房窗戶可以打開方便拍照，或者直接上七樓頂層餐廳向外拍照，離周邊景點很近，早晚出來逛逛很方便。總之，是一家舒適方便的酒店。
