酒店相當現代化，有這東方沙漠風情，佔地面積大，幽靜。酒店的員工很熱情，每天有巧克力品鑒時間，很好吃，距離機場也很近，到古城區和大市場很方便。

A wonderful experience, very accommodating. Very helpful and polite. A great location, breakfast was very good. Housemaid was excellent x Overall a lovely experience and stay. The pools were great, lovely selection of food and drinks.

호텔 엄청 넓고 시설 좋고 깨끗하고 직원들도 엄청 친절해요~ 조식도 맛있어요!! 물도 달라는대로 주니까 굳이 안사먹어도 되요!! 방 안에 에어컨이 안시원해서 봐달라고 하니까 바로 와서 해결해죠서 시원하게 있을수 있었어요 베란다는 너무 더러워서 사용할수가 없네요 차라리 의자를 없애는게 날거 같아요 그리고 수건이나 물 같은거 가져다 달라고 요청하면 너무 늦게 가져다 주네요! 1시간 이상 걸릴때도 있고 몇번씩 계속 전화해야 하니까 안좋았어요

從火車站拖行李步行到酒店衹要10分鐘的距離（拐個彎就到），硬是被火車站的出租車訛了80D，酒店是豪華型的，服務/設施都符合定位，嘗試了酒店的自助晚餐，感覺可吃的不多，性價比不高，酒店出門對面有一家簡餐甜品店，可以吃披薩/Mojito/甜品，味道很不錯，酒店離最近的商業設施（有超市）步行8-10分鐘

It’s a beautiful designed hotel, well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great swimming pools and beautiful gardens. Only con was check in. When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer. Also at the check-in there were 4 staff members and one helping the clients in the queue. After 15 minutes one of the staff members asked the others to help the clients waiting for the checkin, this must be improved. But it didn’t effect my stay. I stayed a week with my daughter and we had a really nice stay.

Nous sommes des habitués de plusieurs hôtels catégorie 4/5 étoiles. Nous avons appréciés dans un premier temps la décoration de l’entrée jusqu’à ce que nous arrivions à la réception. Nous avons été reçu par un jeune homme, ce dernier s’est adressé à nous de manière très hautaine et limite insolente. Sachant que nous venions de quitter un hôtel exceptionnel « Conrad Hilton « . Nous avons été choquée de son attitude qui est devenue agressive quand il n’a pas voulu écouter ce que je lui disais. Le couple avant nous aussi a été reçu de manière très médiocre. Le service réception est à revoir ! Une jeune femme est alors intervenue pour calmer la situation et a su nous satisfaire. Les équipements de la chambre étaient plutôt passable ( télé sans chaînes ). La Clim est très bruyante
