非常漂亮的Riad，服務人員非常友好，強烈推薦。 唯獨地理位置不是很好，在老城偏北的位置，需要穿越整個老城區。 其他都非常喜歡。

和酒店員工定了luxury的沙漠遊，獨立衞浴帳篷，終點是菲斯，付了3300迪拉姆，沒有收據，到了沙漠先是沒有獨立衞浴，混住，吵了一架擁有了私人帳篷，沒有浴室，第二天又講我們定的行程不是去菲斯，酒店電話打不通，好不容易打通了説我們定的是把我們放在梅爾祖卡車站，我們自己去菲斯，這趟線衹有返回馬拉喀什或者去菲斯，怎麼會有扔在汽車站的選項？？ With the hotel staff set a luxury desert tour, independent bathroom tent, the end is Fes, paid 3300 dirhams, no receipt, went to the desert first, there is no independent bathroom, mixed living, quarreled and had a private tent, no bathroom, the next day said that our itinerary is not to Fes, the hotel phone can not get through, It was not easy to get through and say that our reservation is to put us at the Merzu truck station, we go to Fes, this line only return to Marrakech or go to Fes, how can there be the option of throwing at the bus station？

酒店其實還算不錯，但是酒店在老城區的弄堂裡，車子開不到，要從二百來米遠的停車場自己拖行李進去，要求前台幫忙，他們很明確告知我們必須自己動手。而且有個房間在二樓，必須扛到二樓，退房時又自己拿下來；另外兩個房間浴室的下水也都有問題。這服務太差了

Staffs are really kind and the room was cute. Access to the riad by taxi is not so difficult if you use the way from backyard (from big street outside old town)

Had a lovely stay in Palais Tinmel. The staff are very polite and attentive. They are very helpful. I requested for a surprise breakfast for my bf, all i asked was a cake but they gave us more. There were balloons and they sing happy birthday to him with guitar playing. We were so touch and did not expect it to be like that. It was a great gesture and we are very lucky. Location wise is good. A bit of a walk to the medina but we love a walk. Food was amazing too. Everything was exceptional. Our only concern was our shower drain was not draining properly but anything from that was amazing. I would recommend staying here. And would love to stay here again.
