非常滿意。 內外部環境， 接送， 酒店員工服務， 早晚餐都滿分。 的確不便宜， 但完全對得起這個價格。和Royal Mansour 和 La Mamounia比較性價比更高。 如果預算允許， 不要猶豫。

This is unbelievable property with unbelievable architecture, immense spacious and extremely well designed rooms, perfect breakfast with a stunning view and extremely personalized service by Mr Ousman, the unbeatable Indian restaurant, immaculate upkeep, unfathomably great personal service from every member of the staff, too good to be true concierge service to room cleaning staff. I am falling short on adjectives to describe this property, its offering and its service level. Must stay if you are visiting Marrakech and if you are not then must visit Marrakech to stay here.

We were deeply touched by the gracious upgrade to the Presidential Villa, a gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of Oberoi hospitality. The villa itself was beyond breathtaking — private, serene, and thoughtfully designed with every imaginable comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Rohan, the General Manager, whose leadership and warmth are evident in every aspect of the resort; to Arjun, whose mastery in food and beverage turned every meal into a culinary experience; and to Mamdouh, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction feel personal. What truly sets The Oberoi, Marrakech apart is not just its beauty, but its people. Every team member we encountered embodied the Oberoi ethos — gracious, intuitive, and consistently exceeding expectations. Even the smallest requests, whether made in person or by email, were met with immediate, thoughtful responses. That level of responsiveness and care is rare, even among the world’s finest hotels. As Mr. Biki Oberoi once said, “Guests may forget what we said, but they will never forget how we made them feel.” The Oberoi Marrakech made us feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for. If there were a way to give more than five stars, this hotel would deserve it. The Oberoi Marrakech isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel inspired, rejuvenated, and truly looked after.
