Отель вдали от центра, но рядом с торговым центром и большим парком Менара. Есть бассейн, ресторан, СПА. На 4 звезды не тянет, все очень ушатанное. Нужна реновация. Номер довольно большой, с кухней, есть чайник, плитка, холодильник. Не было постельного белья для третьего гостя, и полотенец на всех, долго несли, нет полотенец для лица...

Watch out ! We got the room far away from the picture online. We are family of four , they gave us only 3 small towels, when my husband asked for more , they were ran out of it , had to use pool towel . NO HAND OR FACE TOWELS, NO HAIR DRYER , had to sleep with wet hair and got sore throat next morning . In our room description was 1 queen and 2 sofa bad , instead we got coach without even bed set , again had to go to reception and beg for extra sheets. Dirty shower , the door handle was coming out ( see the pictures) . Never again..

It was an excellent stay! We have really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. The location was good. Very close to M Avenue, Cr7 hotel and fancy malls.

Verschrikkelijk hotel. Het personeel is vreemd, ze stellen je totaal niet op je gemak en het lijkt alsof ze geen zin hebben om te werken. In de 5 nachten dat ik verbleef in het hotel is de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Zelfs niet nadat ik dit heb aangegeven bij zowel de receptie als de schoonmaaksters. Ik heb alleen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen.. De kamer zelf was erg oud. Balkondeuren gingen met moeite open en dicht. Douchcabine was verouderd en de douchkop zag er vies uit. Ook zat er een barst in de spiegel en in de wasbak.  Het eten in het restaurant is niet lekker. Gelukkig is menara mall op loopafstand en zijn daar wel genoeg eettentjes.  Kortom, ga hier niet heen. Genoeg betere hotels in de omgeving!

If there is zero stars I can use it. One of the few worst experiences I have ever had. Rooms very old, all furniture broken. Very old and not washed blankets ( a blood on it and smell terrible). Window broken and can't be closed which make it very cold at night. I asked to change my room, and got worst one. Reception very bad and disrespectful, every morning there is a fight there with visitors. This hotel need to be closed rather then giving fake pictures on booking apps.

Quiero comentarles que el recepcionista moreno delgado y alto Habdbi es una persona super grosera. dice que no pasó mi pago y me lo cobraron y no lo aceptan gritando dijo NO es mi problema!!! Compra afuera!!! Horrible experiencia. El hotel es bonito pero esa horrible persona que contrata no debería trabajar ahí.! No conoce el profesionalismo. Adjunto pruebas del cobro.
