The hotel location is perfect near to the night life fun . However, is not 5 star hotel … the furniture is not in good condition. We can see the damages tables , bed and the shower head dirty. They do not provide foot slippers.

Hotel que vivió tiempos mejores… deterioro de mobiliario, buen desayuno buffet y personal muy amable, habitaciones amplias y luminosas, canales tv.. algo limitados, gran piscina al aire libre, curiosidad las normas restrictivas de poder entrar con bebidas o comida(… lo de la comida es comprensible pues no todo el mundo gasta cuidado con la habitación… pero que te llamen la atención por entrar con dos botellas de agua .. y 20 yogures bebibles probióticos …)… nunca me encontré con esas prohibiciones en ninguna parte del mundo nado, cuando ni siquiera tienen la atención de poner alguna botella de agua en la habitación.. ni tampoco calentador de agua para café o té… un personal muy amable y agradable que las normas de la dirección hacen que… cambie de hotel para otra ocasión de viaje en Marrakech.

L’hôtel était plutôt sympa pour le prix, j’ai eu un p’tit soucis avec la chambre mais j’ai pu en avoir une autre avec une meilleur vu en prime, les commodités et les installations étaient un peu vieillot comparé aux hôtels moderne mais ça allait avec le décor du vieux chic

The hotel was massive and it was really lovely. I love how nice the staff are. The only problem we got was the AC was leaking for at least 2 days. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. ☺️

Good location, friendly staff. Would not order food again in hotel as it is pricey and not very fresh comparing to restaurants around. Visited from the UK, think this hotel is max 3* and overpriced. Clean and tidy rooms.

There were several female receptionists, but they were busy on the phone and chatting and did not respond to guests. On the other hand, the male staff were very accommodating. I am grateful to the person who gave me mint tea and the doorman. Mysterious phone calls were made to the room many times. However, when we requested bath towels, no one showed up. They did nothing to solve the problem, and it was a waste of time to wait.

Cet hotel devrait être repris en main rapidement avant de devenir LOW COST. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais vétustes et les installations ne sont pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles : baignoire fissurée. Le personnel est aux petits soins malgré tout. + j’ai pu récupérer ma chambre 2 heures avant et j’ai été surclassé après avoir refusé une chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct :-)

Un séjour inoubliable ! Hôtel magnifique, idéalement situé, avec une immense piscine parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel est charmant, toujours souriant et aux petits soins — un grand merci à toute l’équipe ! Les chambres sont impeccables, très propres et confortables, idéales pour passer des nuits profondes et reposantes. Mention spéciale à Mustapha, qui vous sert le meilleur thé de Marrakech avec une gentillesse rare. Un grand merci à lui !

連住了三天的酒店！很有摩洛哥味道，尤其大廳的摩洛哥音樂表演！早餐很棒，尤其有一天我想吃可頌沒有了，居然酒店給我立馬去現做了出來，新鮮烤出來的，味道這輩子我都會記憶猶新！ 我們自駕遊的，這裡停車也方便！
