The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service. However, the facilities at the hotel require significant improvements. The entire establishment is in dire need of an upgrade, as everything is becoming outdated. The furniture needs to be replaced, the walls need a fresh coat of paint, and the signs and notice boards need fixing. Additionally, the toilets need upgrading, and the dining area's utensils and equipment are either broken or old. Besides these issues, there were no other concerns.
