因大雪封山，原路返回馬拉喀什，大半夜急急忙忙預訂了這家酒店，還挺驚喜的，價格不貴，訂了個三人房，湊合住一晚，居然還含早餐，早餐還不錯哦！房間也挺大的，中規中矩，不錯哦！

We’ve been loyal guests at this hotel for years, but our recent stay left us deeply disappointed and questioning whether we’ll return. From the moment we arrived, the experience was soured by the receptionist’s behavior. Unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending, their attitude made us feel anything but welcome. A smile or basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way, but instead, we were met with cold indifference and a sense that we were inconveniencing them simply by checking in. The breakfast, once a pleasant part of our stay, has drastically declined in quality. The selection was minimal, the ingredients felt cheap, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. Nothing felt fresh, and the service matched the food—unfriendly and disengaged. It’s genuinely sad to see a place we once enjoyed degrade like this. We always appreciated the familiarity and comfort of staying here, but it’s clear that standards have slipped across the board. Unless there are some serious improvements soon, we’ll unfortunately have to find a new go-to hotel.

Spacious, good location. The room is very old, need a Reno. The fridge and air cons are probably few decades old, made tons of noise. Other than that, it’s all good.
