Amazing place, really clean, really spacious. Plenty to do. I advise take a car with you as it is about 1-1.20 hours from Alexandria. Also book the hotel between July- end of august. There is a indoor pool which is heated and an outdoor pool which is cold, they also have a beach, gym, sauna, jacuzzi but the time I went the jacuzzi and sauna was not on or available. The have a room that has two small snook tables, a outdoor football 🥅 ⚽️ pitch/court, basketball ball 🏀 court and a tennis/Badminton 🏸 🎾 court. Water park, late night entertainment. The women called Sara at the Concierge is very helpful very professional. Hospitality was amazing from her think she was the manager. She even allowed me to have a late check out without any charge but the staff in very helpful. Very friendly. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious. The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

Everything was good except for the smell. The room and the restaurant smelled really TERRIBLE. Also, somethings needed maintenance in the room. For example, air conditioning was always on the cooling mode. Changing it to fan mode or even setting the thermometer teperature didn't work. So, it's either freezing cold or extermly hot. Other than that, service and staff was very good. Aquapark was very good, Beach is really nice.

Very nice place, friendly staff and pleasant stay with many activities to do. The only drawback is that the access to the main gates is blocked from the side of government palace and you will need to go to a branch of uneven road before getting back to the main access road. Otherwise, the resort itself is very perfect to stay in and near to many places.

The hotel is beautiful. Negatives: • My reservation did not appear in their system, and they seemed surprised that I had booked through Trip. • I had to wait for more than an hour. • Honestly, I was hoping that when Ms. Sarah requested a chalet near the pool and water games, it would be a warm welcome, but unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled. • Children under 12 stay for free. • The hotel’s activities are weak, but there are water games for children. • The beach is beautiful. • The hotel’s location is far from the main attractions. • Suitable for a stay of only two to three days.

The resort is clean and well-maintained with an excellent pool. However, the food quality was disappointing, and the staff refused my request to upgrade to full board at check-in. The sea was dirty, though the pool was pristine. Overall: Good facilities, but poor food and unhelpful service detracted from the experience.
