房間很大、床很小，酒店所處位置較偏，但這應該是周邊最好的酒店了，前台服務人員態度挺好，但是酒店工作流程太複雜，處理入住和退房速度非常慢（網上訂單依賴專人確認，正巧這人請假兩天，於是發生入住難、退房難的現象）。

The ambience is great place to just sit back and relax. The staff are awemazingly courteous and ready to assist with a smile. Food is fine. The a/c is absolutely cool. We had a slight problem with the water heater BUT was addressed immediately, which is appreciated much. It is a nice cozy clean place for a weekend getaway. I will definitely make it my base when in Bataan.

Staff are polite and helpful.Rooms are outdated and not very clean.Buffet is okay,saw cockroaches by the green salad area,I told the server and right away they took care of it?!Its very expensive for the hotel like this $ 100., one of the receptionist mentioned to just book online because its a little bit cheaper,we are desperate because we don’t a place to stay in that night

De kamer zat vol met muggen heb er eerst acht moeten vangen.. Verder was het voor een vier sterren hotel zeer onhygiënisch... Zeg maar gerust smerig.. Had op zijn minst een schone kamer en zeker badkamer verwacht.. Het ontbijt was goed.. wel eerst bestellen vanaf een simpel papiertje... De ligging van het hotel is nogal onhandig.. met een weg er naar toe op als ware een berg helling.. De weg terug moet je of zelf lopende doen of mazzel hebben op een voorbijgaande tricycle.. Het hotel biedt zijn gasten geen vervoer naar beneden aan.. Dat zie een goede service kunnen zijn.. Het personeel was opzich wel vriendelijk.. tot we gingen uitchecken... Eenmaal uitgecheckt beweerden ze echter dat we de rekening niet hadden betaald.. Wat inwezen nogal raar is want je betaald immers altijd vooruit in een hotel en zeker bij een vier sterren hotel.. Na 20 minuten te staan wachten buiten ben ik zelf maar weer naar binnen gelopen en toen bleek in eens dat alles was voldaan..
