Tolles Hotel im Downtown. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Silver Springs. Parkplatz entweder vor dem Hotel oder (günstiger) direkt gegenüber im Parkhaus. Nette Lobby, gute Cocktails. Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und die Betten gewohnt gut.

While the hotel itself and location was nice, the room I got was very loud. The room faced a very busy street. They actually supply earplugs because they know this room is so noisy. It was horrible! I guess you get what you pay for when you book through a 3rd party because they give you a lousy room.

Had a bad night's sleep as the a/c wasn't working in the room . Also there were people stomping around above me late at night and early in the morning ! When I complained to the front desk the lady said thanks for telling me and that was it ! I asked for the manager as I was considering staying in town for another night , she explained that the manager was in the Bahamas and was unreachable , beside that she said he wouldn't comp a night or give a discount , she had worked there for 4 years and she never saw him do either ! Shocking service !! Saw this photo in the elevator and thought it amusing !
