We went to Great Wolf Loge with my family. There is amazing indoor and outdoor swimming pool and many kinds of water slides. The service is good. The facility is nice and warm. There is buffet you need to pay, but various kinds of food and delicious. I wonder if the hotel has microwave and laundry will be ideal. I will give 9 points.

The service was very good. I was able to check in early into our room by 1:30pm which was very convenient. The staff was kind and welcoming. The complimentary ears where nice. The food at the bucket and dunking donut was yummy. We enjoyed the outside pool. Had a great stay.

Tuvimos una mala racha, habíamos realizado nuestra reservación y cuando llegamos nos querían devolver el dinero, a la final llegó una persona tolerable y empatica y nos resolvió . De resto todo bien.
